Scott has closed more than $1 Billion in commercial transactions throughout his career and specializes in single-tenant net leased real estate transactions and investment financing.  Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Scott served as a commercial transactions attorney at an Am Law 100 law firm in New York and Los Angeles.  Scott received his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2007 and his Bachelor of ScScience degree in Economics and Business from the State University of New York at Albany in 2003. Scott holds a license to practice law from the State of California and from the State of New York.  Scott holds a real estate license from the State of California and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
