About Doug Samson:
Doug Samson is the National Director of Business Development for the Jennings Denovich Group and has been involved in providing specialty tax services since 2005. In his current role, Doug collaborates with CPA firms and their clients, particularly real estate investors, to develop tax strategies that reduce tax liabilities and increase cash flow. His expertise includes Cost Segregation and energy-efficient building incentives (§179D and §45L). Doug works across various real estate sectors, such as multifamily, retail, office, and self-storage properties.
Previously, Doug practiced law at the Johnny Cochran Law Firm in California, practiced real estate law in Texas, and represented top NBA athletes in Washington, D.C. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from its School of Communications. He is a member of the Texas and D.C. Bar Associations.
