Year 1: $25,000-$125,000

This is a fully commission-based position with no salary.

We want the best, most driven people that “get it.” Entrepreneurial drive, sales skills, particularly client development, consultative selling, needs-based selling are critical to success. Real estate sales experience is not required. We are looking for highly motivated self-starters.

As a full-time, in-office position, agents are required to work out of our office in El Segundo, California. Successful new agents typically work 50+ hours each week as they develop their business.
