With over $300 Million of investment sales in his more than 20 years in commercial real estate, Izzy provides investors with the seasoned perspective of a successful industry veteran. He attributes this success to disciplined negotiation skills and a strong business acumen, both of which serve his clients well in achieving their investment goals. Izzy, a First Vice President Investments in the firm’s South Bay office, specializes in multifamily and net leased properties in the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas, and he also offers experience with transactions throughout the country. 

Izzy holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Menlo College, where he played football.
