Therese began her career with Marcus & Millichap in 2014 by assisting with operations for the Long Beach office. Her computer skills caught the attention of corporate, and Therese was chosen to lead a national team to begin updating the firm’s proposal creation technology. From her early experience with Marcus & Millichap, Therese has extensive knowledge of brokerage operations and compliance maintenance. In 2016, she joined The Bogie Group as its marketing director. Her technology knowledge was crucial in building the early and subsequent stages of our proposal development systems. This first step in automation allowed the team to produce upwards of 30 fully customized pricing and marketing proposals each month. Therese also manages the teams deal marketing, social media presence, and external marketing strategy. In 2021 Therese temporarily took over escrow management for the team (in addition to her standard role) and has been active in the recruiting of staff and agents. Therese is actively involved in the constant improvement of underlying team systems, processes, and stragegy. She has improved and revamped the teams website, marketing materials, and all things outward facing to clients and prospects.

Therese graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Long Beach with Bachelors of Arts in both International Studies and Italian. She spent time teaching English in Italian high schools prior to returning to Long Beach to start her career in brokerage.
